Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- All refunds and cancellations are subject to a processing fee of $25.
- Refunds will be given up to 2 weeks before the start of any Summer day camp or clinic.
- Refunds less than 2 weeks will be 50% of the total cost.
- After the start of the camp or clinic no refunds will be given.
- If an attendee has an injury prior to the start of a camp and a medical note can be produced a full refund will be given minus the processing fee.
- All policies are subject to change.
- No refunds will be given due to a class being cancelled due to inclement weather.
- Coerver Coaching Illinois reserves the right to cancel a class due to lack of numbers. In such a case, a full refund or credit for future sessions will be given.
These policies apply only to the Winter, Spring and Summer Clinics, including the COE, but NOT the Coerver Residential Camps.
Coerver Residential Camps:
- Refunds and cancellations are subject to a processing fee of $50 for cancellations.
- 50% refund within 30 days of camp starting, including injury cancellations.
- After the start of the camp or clinic no refunds will be given.
- All policies are subject to change.
- No refunds will be given due to a class being cancelled due to inclement weather.
- Coerver Coaching Illinois reserves the right to cancel a class due to lack of numbers. In such a case, a full refund or credit for future sessions will be given.
Discounts:
Various discounts may be offered at times. Earlybird, sibling, team, club..etc. Only one discount can be used per one player’s registration. Earlybird and Sibliing Discounts are only applicable to siblings within the same program. Team discounts apply to groups of 10 or more. To claim a team discount a team or group manager must e-mail the name of the group and the participants of the group, PRIOR to registering at a discounted rate.
